At Tian Yi Celestial Healers, we are committed to delivering high-quality holistic care and metaphysical guidance. All purchases of services, sessions, digital content, and physical products are considered final. Refunds, if any, are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion, under exceptional circumstances only.

2. Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to the following offerings:

• Bone-setting sessions (Tit Tar Bone-setting / Pelvic Alignment)
• Shockwave and device-based therapies
• All types of metaphysical consultations (in-person or online)
• Digital services (Zoom readings, PDF charts, etc.)
• Physical product sales (waist belts, Luopan compasses, supplements)
• Multi-session treatment packages and bundled memberships

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Completed metaphysical readings (Bazi, Feng Shui, Divination, etc.
• Health and body assessments (by therapists or device-based)
• Used products (e.g., wearables, supplements)
• First-used sessions of treatment packages (the entire package becomes non-refundable)
• Missed appointments or late arrivals

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund if:

• A certified medical condition or contraindication prevents service continuation (official documentation required).
• The service could not be rendered due to an emergency cancellation initiated by our team.

All multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session is utilized. However, they may be transferred to a friend or family member upon written notice and approval.

7. Jurisdiction & Legal Standing

This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, particularly applicable consumer protection regulations, where relevant. However, as a private wellness service, we retain the right to define and update service terms without prior notice.

8. Finality of Decisions

All refund decisions are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
Tian Yi Celestial Healers reserves the right to deny any request deemed outside the bounds of this policy.
